Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of one year, and present a valid passport or national ID at pickup. Drivers under 25 are subject to a young driver surcharge.
2. Reservations & Pricing
All prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless otherwise selected at checkout. Prices are locked in at the time of booking via a price snapshot and will not change due to later rate updates, except where additional extras or insurance are added after booking.
3. Payment
You may pay the full amount online at the time of booking, or pay at pickup, depending on the option selected. A valid credit or debit card in the primary driver's name is required at pickup regardless of payment timing, to cover the security deposit and any applicable excess.
4. Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be driven by drivers listed on the rental agreement. Off-road driving, towing, and use outside Jordan without prior written approval are prohibited.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. A refuelling fee plus the cost of missing fuel applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided.
6. Damage & Liability
The primary driver is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, up to the excess amount specified by the selected insurance package. Damage caused by negligence, reckless driving, or breach of these terms may void insurance coverage.
7. Late Returns
A grace period of 29 minutes is provided after the scheduled return time. Returns beyond this grace period are charged an hourly late fee, capped at the daily rental rate.
