Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental rate.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for pickup and have not cancelled in advance, the reservation is marked as a no-show and any amount paid online is non-refundable.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Modifications
Date, location, or vehicle category changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to availability at the new dates or location.
